Q. Why does my water have a bad odour?
Water may have an odour depending on what it is contaminated with. Most lakes will have a fishy, or swampy, odour to due to organics in the water. Some other sources may contain a rotten egg smell, which is sulphur. Both of these odours are combated by separate systems, but usually are not found together.
Q. Why do I get white spots on my fixtures, dishes or on my vehicle after washing?
The white spots are caused by calcium in the water, which is referred to as hardness.
Q. What causes brown/orange staining in water?
These colours of staining are typically found in iron rich water.
Q. How often should I service my water filtration system?
